Refund policy

Due to the nature of products sold on this website being of a personal care nature refunds are not permitted. 

However if you have any concerns please contact us at hello@edieaesthetics.com.au or on 0478 186 405 and we can help. 

We use Australia Post always to send our parcels and in the unlikely instance anything is missing please contact within 7 days of delivery

Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Please include a photo of the item and the packaging it came in ensuring your postal information is visible on the package. 

We will be in contact to let you know your enquiry was recieved and it is up to our discretion whether a replacement/refund is accepted. 

If you are approved, then we will aim to process your replacement within 1-2 business days


Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.
